The location is perfect and you can use the sun loungers on the beach. And you have free access to a good gym.

Where to start? On arrival the lights were out, nobody was on reception, and the smell of human excrement from the downstairs toilet was overpowering. Welcome to the White Sands Princess! After check in at the sister hotel Lagoon Princess, the lift wasn't working, neither was the phone, nor the safe, nor the tv! The safe could only be used with a key, on the room key fob, which meant to open the safe you had 20 seconds before the room was plunged into darkness! The room was ok, and quite big, with a nice balcony, but the bed was rock hard and there was never any hot water. Only one lady could speak or understand english, and she was lovely, patient and helpful. The rest really didn't want to know. There were never any towels at the pool, seldom any bar staff, and I found the room cleaner sat on the floor of the room next door, playing with his phone, for over an hour. I also waited 2 days for a bed comforter, which never arrived. The second day, all the dirty laundry bags and rubbish was sitting the whole day in the corridor; I came back from the beach to find a 3 foot monkey tearing the bags open. And they have the cheek to demand a deposit when you check-in! I didn't try the food...

Too noisy - the main road is just in front of the hotel, so you hear each car and motobike all the night.

They changed my dates of stay that happened due to flight cancellation without any additional charges! Room size was good. Bed was comfortable.

The road was a bit noisy at nights and mornings. You have to cross the road to get to the beach. I was waiting for check in to long, because the gave priority to Thai people who actually arrived later than us.

Some staff very helpful and English speaking. Bf. good with good selection of Thaifood and western dishes.

Three (3) percent charge for Credit Card payments. Should be removed like most of the world.

It has its own pool and access to the beach. They offer bungalows right on the beach and rooms in 2 buildings - one by the pool, another - across the road. If you want to save money, take the one across - it's 50 meters from the beach)

The bathroom doesn't have enough light. If your window faces the street, it will be very noisy.

The bed was comfy and the room was a good size. The location was handy for the beach.

The room was quite basic with no frills or added extras. The door to the balcony did not appear very secure and there was no safe so I would not leave valuables in the room unattended.

The room was cleaned and bed made everyday. Air con worked well. A good view of the sea and main street from the balcony but very quiet. Staff very pleasant. We ate on the beach in the evening as all the hotel resturants are on the beach with fresh fish etc in the evening but not the cheapest option. The beach is clean, quiet and relaxed with soft sand. There are some great beach bars a short walk up the beach that serve cold drinks and great thai food.
